University of Vermont
I came to Vermont in 1990 to work for the University of Vermont. I am an Extension Specialist serving commercial vegetable and berry farms across the state. I also coordinate a USDA grants program in sustainable agriculture research and education for 12 northeastern states. I’ve served on a variety of boards including the Brattleboro Food Coop and the Vermont Land Trust. Since 1992 I’ve lived in Dummerston with my wife Tracey Devlin, and we’ve raised two sons here. My mother Eva moved to the area 8 years ago; about 3 years ago she moved into Holton Home. We are all so glad she did! I have been very impressed with the care, the environment, the leadership and the mission of Holton Home. It was an honor to be asked to serve on the board and I look forward to contributing as best I can to assuring a bright future for Holton Home.
